Mid Temperature Masking Tapes

Mid temperature masking tapes are used for applications with oven drying temperatures ranging from 70°C to 100°C, and these typically cover refinish and other industrial masking applications. A creped paper backing is used in combination with a cross-linked rubber adhesive to provide the relevant temperature resistance. All tapes are suitable for use with both solvent and water based tapes, adhere well to various substrates and provide good adherence of the paint system used to the tape backing.

tesa 4329 is resistant to 70°C for 1 hour, tesa 4317 to 80°C and tesa 4316 to 100°C and tesa 4308 Blue to 110°C.
