We pay for manufacturing experience up to $17.00/hour and that is not including the shift premium! Here at tesa, we like to grow our teams by keeping the work interesting and offering tuition reimbursement along with other training. Since we believe in upward mobility, we have created a pay structure that leads to promotion by learning new machines. You can earn up to $22.00/ hour!
