Junction box mounting

Do you, too, constantly experience problems when working with silicone adhesives to mount junction boxes in place? Do you, too, get annoyed at how long it takes silicone to cure? Does your box manufacturer apply the adhesive pads to the receptacle by hand?

Our solution for efficient, high-performance, and automated box mounting: tesa® 62936 double-sided foam tape for permanent adhesion of junction boxes to the laminate.

Frame mounting

Do you still accept high quality & cleaning cost because of using silicone adhesives for frame mounting? Does your production department follow a manual framing process – and do you get annoyed at the down times that occur because of the frequent changes of adhesive tape rolls? Would you like to keep your production lines running for a whole shift without changing rolls once? Or are you thinking about a fully automated process anyway?

Our solution:semi-automated and fully automated frame mounting with certified tesa foam tapes.

Bus bar mounting

Do you feel that applying the dielectric insulation material to the bus bar in your factory is too complicated? Do you apply the dielectric tape manually? Do you use more than one product?

Our solution – ultrathin tesa® 4983 double sided dielectric tape for mounting the bus bar. Besides the low thickness of 30 µm tesa® 4983 features low outgassing, high transparency and ageing resistance. See as well our dispensing solution which allows you to automate this process step and save labour cost.

Solar glass marking

Are you looking for a glass marking solution, that offers an outstanding durability without damaging the glass itself? Do you want to monitor product quality throughout your whole production process? Do you want to give your modules a high quality branding?
