tesa Repairing Tapes include slightly more varied and specialised tapes than our standard range of cloth repairing tapes. Our all-weather tapes are suitable for up to 6 months outdoor use: tesa 4665 comprises a 30 mesh cotton backing with a UV stabilised PE film and tesa 4668 a UV stabilised PE film: both tapes feature an acrylic adhesive.

Our aluminium tapes feature a paper liner as standard and are available in three thickness based on the aluminium backing. They all have an acrylic adhesive and are available without the paper liner if required. tesa 50565 has UL 510 approval and can be classed as flame retardant; tesa 50575 is certified by AREVA for use in nuclear power stations according to Siemens AG standard TLV 9027/01 due to its low content of sulphur and halogens (
