Speciality Cloth Tapes

These are cloth tapes which do not fall easily into a standard category as they were developed for specialist applications. There are two printable cloth tapes: tesa 4690 is for thermal transfer printing (“print on demand”) and tesa 4660 is suitable for most other methods of printing including flexographic printing. Both feature a thermoset (cured) rubber adhesive which gives these cloth tapes their high temperature resistance.

tesa 4657 features the same 145 mesh cloth backing and thermoset adhesive and can be used for permanent applications, such as hole covering in the automotive industry, as well as powder coating when a more flexible masking tape is required.
