Speciality adhesive tapes keep processes flowing smoothly

tesa offers some very specialist adhesive tapes to aid specific industrial production processes. For example, where improved adhesion is required such as rollers on production lines tesa® 4563 Grip Tape is ideal. A rubber-coated fabric tape with outstanding adhesive characteristics, the surface is highly resistance to sticky substances yet provides a reliable non-slip effect on smooth surfaces.

tesa® 4863 Embossed Grip Tape has a pimpled surface to maximise its resistance to the clogging action of sticky substances.

Both tesa 4563 and 4863 are ideal for roller covering applications, in many instances a new covering may be applied without removing the rollers from the machine.

Additionally, tesa 51206 is made from ultra high molecular weight (UHMW) polyethylene which provides a high resistance to abrasion making it suitable for applications where reduced friction between moving surfaces is required.
