Fine line tapes

Paintwork involving several colours or designs calls for particularly precise masking and sharp edges. tesa has developed thin, flexible masking tapes specially suited to these needs.

tesa 4104 is the right choice for masking long, straight lines. This extremely thin masking tape can be used to achieve very fine, sharp edges and design effects when two or more colours are used. tesa 4104 bonds well to various surfaces and can be used in oven drying up to 70°C.

tesa 4244 is also specially designed for multicolour paintwork or for design purposes. This special, highly flexible fineline masking tape, with its extremely thin soft PVC backing, can be fixed securely to plastic and metal surfaces. It is particularly flexible and therefore ensures razor-sharp edges even when applied along curves. This masking tape can be used in infrared and oven drying up to 140° C.
