Masking and protection tape

For every standard application, tesa has masking tapes which meet all the requirements of the automotive refinish industry. Specialising in particularly challenging tasks is tesa 4308 Blue Masking Tape, which adheres reliably even on plastics. This blue tape helps achieve very precise painted edges and is suitable for infrared and oven drying up to 110°C.

The premium masking tape is tesa 4309 and is suitable for oven drying up to 120°C and offers particularly high flexibility, very good adhesion to curved surfaces and a very strong bond.
tesa 4317 Refinish Tape 80 and tesa 4329 Refinish Tape 70 are the ideal choice for most spray painting applications. They adhere securely to all the usual surfaces and are very resistance to wet grinding. Temperature resistance is 80°C and 70°C respectively.
