tesa offers a full range of die cuts which are designed to fulfil all hole covering requirements, and compared to traditional plastic plugs they provide a competitive and economic alternative. They are also available with “target printings” on the die cuts ensuring efficient application either manually, with dispensers or robotically.

tesa® die cuts also offer a significant cost saving potential when considering total process costs. For example holes of 15, 19 and 22 mm diameter can be covered using the same sized die cut, something not possible with plastic plugs and consequently, inventory complexity can be reduced.

Our range fulfils all the necessary requirements such as high temperature resistance and excellent PVC/paint compatibility. Products for permanent hole covering with very high puncture resistance, maximum flexibility are available as well as products which are easy to remove for temporary applications.

In addition the hole covering product range can be used on the assembly line and there are special die cuts for exposed areas on the finished car.
