tesa laser engravable labels have a highly cross-linked PU-Acrylic double layer backing with excellent durability and high resistance to chemicals, fuels and solvents, temperature and all weather conditions. The adhesive system consists of a resin modified acrylic suitable for a wide range of substrates.

The superb optical resolution and contrast enable a clear presentation of information, while a high degree of flexibility in terms of content and design is afforded. To establish a high degree of security, customised information, such as company logos, can be permanently embedded in the backing construction of the label.

Fulfilling the legal and OEM-specific regulations, tesa laser labels can be used as a tamper-evident (self-destructing) identification solution over the entire lifetime of a product, and also as a data carrier system for intelligent in-process steering. With the innovative laser transfer film, tesa is also able to provide a highly resistant and tamper-proof identification solution for a variety of glass and ceramic surfaces. Additionally, some products also have Thatcham accreditation.
